Post-op Lymphatic drainage, Cavitation, Wood Therapy, Lift Vacuum Therapy: Please complete a “Pre-Intake Form” and “Pay Service Deposit”.
You will receive a digital gift certificate or a reloadable e-gift card to the email you choose. A physical gift card will not be mailed but may be picked up from the office upon request.
