Refund Policy
- If you have purchased a package and miss your appointment (no-call, no-show), you will forfeit your session.
- Once purchased, packages cannot be changed. No refunds will be issued once services begin.
- A full refund minus return payment fees is available if requested before services begins, no refund after services have started. Package discount will expire 1 yr. from purchase. The balance will become credit redeemable towards any service’s regular price.
To request a refund, please email your request to elitehealthnbeauty@yahoo.com. Include your first and last name, best contact number, and proof of purchase. A screenshot is recommended. Please allow 24 hours for an email response. Thank you!
