New Post-Op
Hi, We would like to personally thank you for choosing Elite Health & Beauty Bar & Spa Inc. to provide your Post-Op Care. There are a few things you should be aware of.
All cosmetic surgery first-time visitors must schedule a “Post-Op 1st Visit Lymphatic Drainage Massage” session, Pay a $25 Service Deposit, and Complete a Pre-Intake Form. Failure to complete all 3 steps will result in appointment cancelation.
Deposits are due by 8 pm the day you schedule your appointment. Failure to pay can cause appointment cancellation.
You will receive a text reminder on the morning of your appointment. Please read and reply to confirm or cancel. It will also include an online intake link required to be completed prior to arriving at your appointment. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointments. Please add them to your calendar reminders.

A late arrival may result in a loss of session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled and considered a No Call No Show.
* You will receive a text reminder on the morning of your appointment. Please read the full text and complete an intake form before arriving at your appointment. If you have issues when submitting your intake please text (863) 999-4047 with your name, email, and issues that you are having.
* Be sure that you are scheduling for the correct service and time to address your needs. If you are unsure please reach out for assistance via phone, text, or email.
* Drop offs and Pick ups: If you are being dropped off at your appointment. Please be sure that your ride is here to pick you up at the time your appointment ends. If I have to leave for another location I will be unable to wait on your ride and you may be asked to wait outside. We have a no-kids policy and no one other than those who are being treated is allowed in the treatment room.
* Cancellations: If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. This can be done through your appointment confirmation email. Please be sure that we have an up-to-date email on file. ** Any appointment changes less than 6 hours before your appointment will result in a last-minute cancelation/ reschedule fee of $25 due before rescheduling or forfeiture of deposit. We understand that unexpected things happen to cause cancellations. We ask that clients understand the therapist must be compensated due to last-minute changes preventing the opportunity for that appointment time to be filled.
***Repetitive late appointment changes and/ or cancellations (more than 3 within 60 days) will result in the client being required to pre-pay for services and forfeit 100% of paid services for last-minute cancellations or reschedules.
***Repetitive late appointment changes and/ or cancellations (more than 3 within 45 days) will result in the client being required to pre-pay for services and forfeit 100% of paid services for last-minute cancellations or reschedules.
POST-OP, Cavitation, Wood Therapy, and Vacuum Therapy services require a $25 deposit to reserve an appointment. If you have not paid your deposit please do so to avoid appointment cancellation.
Post-Op: No Sleep Wear or Night Gowns.
Wood Therapy, Cavitation, and BBL Lift Vacuum Therapy: recommend two-piece T-back swimsuit.
