1) Visit: https://elitehealthandbeauty.me/Need2know for information regarding your appointment, directions, and cancellation policy. 

 

2) You will receive a text reminder on the morning of your appointment. Please read and reply to confirm or cancel. It will also include an online intake link required to be completed prior to arriving at your appointment. 

 

**Mask are not required but optional.  If you have recently had a cold, flu, or Covid-19 and are still experiencing symptoms, PLEASE reschedule. If you show symptoms during your treatment, the session will end, and you will be asked to reschedule and be charged a reschedule fee of $20 up to full payment. 

 

If you have any additional questions, please send a text or schedule for a 15-minute one-time phone consultation on the online booking site.

No call/ no shows or last-minute cancellations will require a $25 reschedule fee. Late arrival may result in loss session time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled.
