Wood Therapy
What is wood therapy? In short, wood therapy uses a number of different wooden massage-like tools to help break down fat and cellulite. The wooden instruments are used to apply direct pressure to “problem areas” and essentially naturally eliminate excess body fat.

Recommendation: 4 Weeks POST-OP waiting period.
How does it work?
Wood Therapy’s objective is to eliminate the fat that accumulates in different parts of the body such as the hips, thighs, and abdomen. This type of massage activates microcirculation in the treated area and eliminates water retention. It is also used to shape and firm the buttocks. The practice has shown that anti-cellulite wood therapy is much more efficient than traditional anti-cellulite massage.
Anti-Cellulite Maderoterapia
Wood Therapy intensify the breakdown of fat and fibrous cellulite, so that it can be eliminated naturally with other toxins. This technique employs repetitive movements using different wooden instruments to manipulate targeted areas of muscle, fat and cellulite, stimulating the lymphatic drainage system to remove unnecessary water, fat and toxins from the body. A series of 10-15 treatments is necessary to achieve the desired results.
Body Sculpting
This treatment is intended to help reduce inches and enhance the woman’s natural curves. Treatments can consist of: iLipo, cavitation, wood therapy, and body wrapping.
Maderoterapia or Wood Therapy is a holistic massage technique with specially designed wooden elements (rolling pins) that come in different sizes and shapes. Each wooden element has a specific use for a particular area of the body.
Maderoterapia balances energy and reduces stress, but the use of this therapy has spread for aesthetic purposes too, since it can be used to firm and contour the body, reduce wrinkles, as well as to eliminate localized fat and fight cellulite.
Major Benefits:
⦁ Lymphatic drainage and elimination of adipose tissue (fat)
⦁ Gradual reconstruction of adipose tissue to other areas to shape and sculpt the body
⦁ Removes cellulite
⦁ Tones and tightens the skin
⦁ Decreases “Muffin Top”
⦁ Removes the “Saddlebags” on the Thighs
⦁ Sculpting the waist area
⦁ Better definition of arms and legs
⦁ Firming thighs and buttocks
The Results
Proper use of anatomically designed wood instruments with the application of adequate pressure intensifies the breakdown of fat and fibrosis cellulite, therefore it can be eliminated naturally with other toxins. Maderoterapia stimulates blood circulation and lymph drainage, accelerates metabolism, therefore its effects last longer than therapy itself
The technique employs a series of repetitive movements using more than a dozen different wooden implements. These implements manipulate targeted areas of muscle, fat, and cellulite, stimulating the lymphatic drainage system to rid the body of stored toxins. This release of toxins jumpstarts metabolism to burn fat. The manipulation also serves to break down stubborn pockets of cellulite, thereby shrinking disproportionate bulges and smoothing orange-peel dimples.
