First-time visitors, (If this is your first visit this year) please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment for intake and consultation. Late arrivals may result in loss session time due to the following appointments. Please consider traffic, locating the location and parking.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance or at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment to allow someone else the ability to schedule. A  NoCall/NoShow will require a $15 reschedule fee to compensate the therapist for lost time. Payment will be due before scheduling future appointments and your online booking ability may be restricted.

An email (if on file) and text appointment reminder will be sent out the afternoon before or the morning of your scheduled appointment a reply is required to CONFIRM, CANCEL, or RESCHEDULE your appointment. (appointments are subject to cancellation if no reply. A cancellation text will be sent if canceled.)
